Heard on TV tonight as gardener, Graham Ross, strolled around the Chelsea Flower show, "this is gardening excellence at its best."

I wonder if he had been taking lessons from Rex Mossop, football player and then commentator, widely regarded as a master of tautology.  Here is a great example from him, "Let me reiterate to you what I was saying previously."
